William Keith Wolfe,

William Keith Wolfe, Sr. age 80 of Old Fields, WV, passed away Sunday afternoon, June 18, 2017 at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Born on February 16, 1937 in Hardy County, WV, he was a son of the late Henry Riley Wolfe and Alma Kemp Wolfe. A U.S. Navy veteran, he was a member of the John M. Golliday Post #64 American Legion. He was a retired Master Carpenter which he spent many years working on various wooden projects for others which he loved. William was an avid fisherman who loved to take his boat out on various lakes to fish. He also enjoyed the relaxing times of sitting on his porch and watching as the traffic went by. Most of all he found happiness in woodworking, and building items to give away to those who needed them most. Surviving is his companion of 27 years, Kathy Dent who has two sons Mike & Bridget Dent of Moorefield, WV, and Allen & Kim Haggerty of Old Fields, WV; William who also had two sons, William K. Wolfe Jr. & fiance Mischelle Fisher of Moorefield, WV and Christopher Lee and Barbara Wolfe of Dale City, VA; a daughter Robyn Rene Jones of Kansas City, KS; a brother Dennis & Mary Wolfe of Annandale, VA: a sister, Judy Ann and Sam Brown of PA; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted 3:00 PM Thursday, June 22, 2017 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St, with Hershel Eason officiating. Interment will follow with Military Graveside Rites Accorded by the US Navy at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 3 PM Thursday prior to services.
