William Franklin Snider

William Franklin Snider, age 79 of Forest Glen Drive, Moorefield, WV, passed away Thursday morning, October 15, 2015 at his residence. Born November 13, 1935 in Lexington, KY, he was the son of the late Dr. Hansel Hedrick Snider and Margaret V. (Deering) Snider. A graduate of Moorefield High School and West Virginia University he was a U.S. Army veteran. Surviving is his loving wife of 44 years, Wilma Kaye (Runions) Snider; a son, Steven William Snider of Port Orange, FL and a special dog, Cesar. A Celebration of Life will be held beginning at 2:00 PM Monday, October 19, 2015 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street, with the Rev. Paul Goldizen officiating
