Wayne Franklin Wratchford, Jr.,?Buddy?, age 47, of Dublin, GA, passed away Friday morning, January 9, 2009 at his residence. Born January 23, 1961 at Eglin Air Force Base, FL he was the son of the late Wayne F. Wratchford, Sr. & Nancy R. (Roark) Wratchford of Ocean Springs, MS. He was a US Army veteran. Surviving area daughter, Echo Michelle Wratchford of Dothan, AL; a son, Christopher Thomas Wratchford of Dothan, AL; two sisters, Vickie High of Purgitsville, WV & Christine M. Klein of Ocean Springs, MS and a brother, David M. Wratchford of Cleveland, TN, Buddy has been cremated and a private Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Moorefield.
