Virginia Wilson

Virginia W. Wilson, age 67 of Moorefield, WV passed away Tuesday morning, September 17, 2002 at the Hampshire Center in Romney, WV. Born May 10, 1935 in Hardy Co., WV she was a daughter of the late George, Sr. & Allie (Hose) Whetzel. She was preceded in death by her lifelong companion, Junior Saville in July 1999, she was also preceded in death by 1 Son, 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters. She is survived by sons, Roger L. Wilson and Donald Wilson of Moorefield, WV; daughters, Rose Hinkle of Moorefield, WV; Melinda Pratt of Fisher, WV & Betty Stump of Radcliff, KY; sisters, Anna Shadwell of Edinburg, VA; Gladys Whetzel of Beckley, WV & Elizabeth Southerly of Moorefield, WV; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services were conducted Friday, September 20, 2002 at the Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren with Pastor Don Knotts officiating. Interment followed in Walnut Grove Gardens adjacent to the church.
