Virginia Elizabeth Mongold

Virginia Elizabeth ?Sis? Mongold, age 68 of Pine Ridge Rd., Wardensville, WV, passed away Saturday evening, March 30, 2013 at her daughters residence. Born March 12, 1945 in Moorefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Isaac Myers and Rosie Eleanor (Hose) Myers. Her husband Grover J. Mongold preceded her in death in October 1998. She was a member of the Charity Baptist church. Surviving is a daughter, Debbie Combs (husband Dean) of Wardensville, WV, two brothers, Grover S. Myers & Cecil E. Myers of Moorefield, WV; a granddaughter, Melissa Newhouse; a great-grandson, James Newhouse, III and two nieces, Delta Harris of Maysville, WV and Sandy Wratchford of Petersburg, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Landis Dove officiating. Interment will follow at the Newhouse Cemetery, Rig, WV. The family will receive friends from 5 - 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
