Sherry Susan Hose, age 40 of Baker St, Moorefield, WV, passed away Tuesday morning, December 23, 2008 at her residence. Born February 19, 1968 she was a daughter of Richard & Mary (Crites) Simmons of Rig, WV. Surviving is her son, Jesse ?Jake? Hose, III of Moorefield, WV and a sister, Shelia Wilkins of Maysville, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, December 27, 2008 at the Fraley Funeral Chapel, 107 Washington St., with the Rev. Wade Armentrout officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 ? 4 & 6 ? 8 PM Friday. Memorials may be directed to the family at 361 Oak Hill Drive, Moorefield, WV.
