Sandra Louise Cleaver

Sandra Louise Cleaver, age 71 of Okeechobee, FL, formerly of Moorefield, WV passed away Wednesday afternoon, September 1, 2021 at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA. Born on May 20, 1950 in Cumberland, MD, she was a daughter of the late Jessie Franklin Cleaver and Alice Kathryn Ours Simmons.

A daughter, Elizabeth Reel and a granddaughter also preceded her in death.

Sandra enjoyed playing Bingo and helping anyone who asked. All who knew her said she would give anyone the shirt off her back if needed. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were so special to her and she cherished every moment she spent with them.

Surviving is a son, John W. (Dominque) Reel of Fisher, WV; a daughter, Marie Morales of Okeechobee, FL; two brothers, Freddy Simmons of Chesterfield, VA and Amby Cleaver of Ft. Ashby, WV; a sister, Teresa Simmons Crites of Fisher, WV; five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Brad Taylor officiant. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of Services at 1:00 PM.

Due to the current COVID-19 recommendations, wearing of masks and social distancing by individuals unvaccinated is recommended.
