Samuel Woodrow Shockey, Jr

Samuel Woodrow Shockey, Jr., known to everyone as ?Junior?, age 56 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Thursday evening, January 22, 2009 at his residence. Born August 11, 1952 at Vanderlip, WV he was the son of Katherine M.(Shears) Shockey of Old Fields, WV and the late Samuel W. Shockey, Sr. Surviving is his wife, Beverly (Estep) Shockey; two daughters, Samantha J. Shockey at home & Patty L. Fazenbaker of Moorefield, WV; a step-son, Matthew Hart of Moorefield, WV; a sister, Juanita Raines of Moorefield, WV; two brothers, Eugene Shockey of McGaheysville, VA & Steve Shockey of Old Fields, WV; two granddaughters; a half-brother, James Shockey of Hudson, FL a half-sister, Roseanna Allan of Clearwater, FL and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday, January 26, 2009 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St.with the Rev. Glenden Berg officiating. Interment will follow at the Elijah High Cemetery, Junction, WV. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM (Noon) until time of services at 2:00 PM.
