Ruth Rosetta Cost

Ruth Rosetta Loften Cost, age 84 of Moorefield, WV passed away Thursday evening, April 12, 2012 at her residence. Born September 14, 1927 at Fort Run, near Moorefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Frank & Dora (See) Loften. Her husband, Orville Lewallen Cost preceded her in death in September 1994. A son, a daughter, a grandson, a brother and three sisters also preceded her in death. She was a wife, mother, homemaker and a waitress. Surviving is a daughter, Rhonda McNeill (husband Mitch) of Old Fields, WV; a son, Danny Cost (wife Vandy) of Moorefield, WV; two sisters, Grace Barga of Greenville, OH & Nellie Upchurch of Versailles, OH; a brother, Kenneth See, Jr. of St. Paris, OH; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday, April 16, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Dan Howard officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 ? 7 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family for an ?everlasting memorial.?
