Rose Ann Whitmore

Rose Ann Whitmore, age 62 of Arlington Manor, Moorefield, WV passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 at the E.A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Baker, WV. Born on June 27, 1954 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. Gulley and Georgia Scoggins Gulley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Paula. Surviving is a son, Tobby Whitmore of Moorefield, WV; a daughter, Tabitha Upton of Moorefield, WV; three grandchildren, Jeremey, Kevin and Brenda Upton and two sisters, Virgie Howard of Pontoon Beach, FL and Diane Bollinger of St. Louis, MO. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 PM Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Calvary Baptist Church.
