Richard Douglas Oler

Richard Douglas Oler, age 65 of Merritt Road, Old Fields, WV, passed away Wednesday evening, March 25, 2020 at his residence. Born on May 29, 1954 in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late Charles Clifton Oler, Sr. and Grace Lucille Simmons Oler. Richard had retired from American Woodmark Corp., enjoyed fishing, woodworking, especially making furniture but mostly just being together with family and friends.

Surviving is his wife of 37 years, Patricia Anne Blake; a brother, Charles Oler, Jr.; a sister, Carolyn Frazier of Vienna, FL and numerous friends.

The family will have a celebration of his life at a later date.
