Retha Irene George

Retha Irene George, age 85 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday, April 9, 2007 at Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins, WV. Born May 26, 1921 in Grant Co., WV, she was the daughter of the late John & Martha (O?Brien) George. A past member of the Knobley Church of the Brethren she had been a resident of Nella?s Nursing Home in Elkins. She was preceded in death by 5 sisters and a brother. Surviving is a brother, Ezra George of Burlington, WV and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date. Miss George has been creamted and inurnment was held at Old Pine Cemetery, Old Fields, WV.
