Phillip Blaine Wratchford

Phillip Blaine Satch Wratchford, age 84 of Winchester Avenue, Moorefield, WV, passed away Sunday evening, November 23, 2014 at the residence of his daughter with whom he had been residing. Born September 5, 1930 in Moorefield, WV, he was the son of the late William James Wratchford and Martha Frances Evaline (Hartman) Wratchford. His wife, Lillian J. (Strawderman) Wratchford preceded him in death in November 1990. Three brothers, Russell, Mose & Leslie also preceded him in death. Surviving are two sons, Jim Wratchford and Mark Wratchford of Moorefield, WV; four daughters, Betty Arbogast & Fran Shockey of Moorefield, WV, Joan Foltz of Mathias, WV and Janet Musser of Winchester, VA; sixteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastors Charles Snyder & Olin Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
