Patsy Ann Dolly

Patsy Ann Dolly, age 74 of Old Fields, WV, passed away Wednesday evening, December 8, 2021, at her residence. Born on February 14, 1947, in Petersburg, WV, she was a daughter of the late Jesse Woodrow Eye and Anna Katherine Snyder Eye. Her husband, Elvin Jacob Dolly preceded her in death on June 4, 2013. A daughter, Jodi Anne Wagner also preceded her in death on December 17, 2017.

Patsy worked at Hester’s Industries as a payroll clerk for many years and as a receptionist at the Hardy County Wellness Center. “Nanny” was her favorite title because she loved her grandchildren more than anything. She was the greatest mom, nanny, sister, and friend to all that knew her.

Surviving is her daughter, Marti (Ted) Sager of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Madison Sager of Clarksville, TN, Jacob & Wyatt Sager of Hopkinsville, KY, Jordan, Lauren & Hayden Wagner of Winterville, NC; two brothers, Ronald W. Eye of Old Fields, WV and Larry Eye of Moorefield, WV and two sisters, Brenda Crites of Dorcas, WV and Sandra Hess of Hagerstown, MD.

Due to the current COVID-19 recommendations, wearing of masks and social distancing by individuals unvaccinated is recommended.

Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 14, 2021at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Rick Bergdoll officiant. Interment will follow at the Bethel Cemetery, Old Fields, WV. The family will receive friends from 4 – 7 PM Monday at the funeral home.
