Mrs. Patricia Ann Reynolds Dolecki, age 66, passed away Monday, December 3, 2012 at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA. She was born in Alexandria, VA on July 28, 1946 the daughter of the late Thurmond Scott and Dorothy Seaman Reynolds. She was a 1964 graduate of Moorefield High School and received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University. She was employed at Weston State Hospital for two years. Following her marriage in 1971 to Lawrence ?Larry? Dolecki they moved to the University of Georgia, where he received a Ph. D. in Counseling Psychology. In 1975, Dr. Dolecki accepted a position at the VAMC Martinsburg. Subsequently, Mrs. Dolecki entered and completed the Nursing Program at Shepherd University. She had been employed at City Hospital, Martinsburg, WV and the Winchester Medical Center in the Behavioral Health Unit. Following their retirement two years ago, they built a home in Baker, WV and had been spending the winter months at their townhouse in Savannah, GA. Besides her husband, Mrs. Dolecki is survived by two daughters, Katherine K. Landberg and husband, Michael of Linwood, NJ and Sarah E. Dolecki and husband, Lars Wigren of Brooklyn, NY; two brothers, Gregory Reynolds and wife, Evelin of Fredericksburg, VA and Gerard Reynolds of Moorefield, WV; a grandson, Zachary Landberg of Linwood, NJ; her stepmother, Leona E. Reynolds of Moorefield, WV and a stepsister, Jo Ellen Halterman of Baker, WV. A memorial service will be held 12:00 PM, Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street in Moorefield with Father Giles LeVasseur officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 PM Saturday. Inurnment will be private at the Olivet Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wardensville Scholarship Fund Association, P. O. Box 532, Wardensville, WV 26851, the favorite charity of the late Arthur W. Halterman.
