Pamela Sue Emery, age 66 of Pear Tree Drive, Moorefield, WV, passed away Thursday morning, November 2, 2017 surrounded by her loved ones at Mon Health Medical Center, Morgantown, WV. Born on October 18, 1951 in Washington, DC, she was a daughter of Mary Alice (Jackson) Berkley of Ft. Washington, MD and the late Frederick Lloyd Berkley. A retired secretary for the US Department of Transportations Federal Railroad Administration, she was an associate member of the V.F.W. and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of The American Legion. An avid bingo player she enjoyed traveling in the area to the next game. A sister Loretta preceded her in death. Surviving in addition to her mother is a daughter, Chrissy (Carl) Peters of Virginia; a son, David Roylance of Thailand; a brother, Timothy Berkley of Ft. Washington, MD; four grandchildren, Christopher, Tamara, Nikanya & Bilhan; two great-grandchildren, Kamiah & Aubrie; a niece, Lindsey Berkley and special friends, Kevin Vermillion & John Martin. A Celebration of Life will be held beginning at 6:00 PM Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street. The family will receive friends from 4 6 PM on Saturday prior to services with Cremation to follow the service.
