Nellie Elizabeth Woodworth

Nellie Elizabeth Woodworth, age 96 of Needmore Road, Baker, WV, passed away Friday evening, January 20, 2017 at the E.A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Baker, WV. Born on June 30, 1920 in Stark, KS, she was the daughter of the late Elmer William Haddan and Zula Z. Bennett Haddan. Her husband, Howard D. Woodworth preceded her in death in July, 2012. Two brothers, Bennett Haddan & Elmer Bill Haddan and three sisters, Iva Mae Gordon, Pauline Rush & Anna Lucille Haddan also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church and had a passion for yardscaping. Surviving is a son, James H. Woodworth of Stark, KS; a daughter, Tami Roseanne Bean of Christiansburg, VA; three grandchildren, Alesia, Matt & Jennifer; a brother, Jim Haddan of Stark, KS and a sister, Christine Hawkinson of Savonburg, KS. At her request, Nellie was cremated and she along with her husband will be returned to Kansas for Interment at a later date.
