Nadine Anderson McNeill

Nadine A. ?Deanie? McNeill, age 85 of Jefferson St., Moorefield, WV, passed away Wednesday morning July 22, 2009 at the E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Baker, WV. Born October 29, 1923 in Wardensville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Claude R. & E. Mabyn (Martin) Anderson. She was retired from Hardy County Schools and was remembered for her tenure as secretary of Moorefield Elementary. She was a member of the Moorefield Presbyterian Church, Order of Eastern Star, a member of the Hardy County Retired Teachers Association and the C.E.O.S. She was a licensed beautician having graduated from Hagerstown Beauty School in 1946. Her husband Robert S. McNeill preceded her in death in June 1969. A son, Daniel S. McNeill also preceded her in death. Surviving is a daughter, Ellen and husband ?Jack? Riggleman of Moorefield, WV; a daughter-in-law, Beverly F. McNeill of Fredericksburg, VA; a sister, Eva M. Libbers of Houston, TX; five grandchildren, Amanda Riggleman, Robert Riggleman, Emily Vetter, Margaret McNeill & Daniel McNeill and five great-grandchildren, Michelle, Anna, Amber, Joseph & Jaxson. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, July 25, 2009 at the Moorefield Presbyterian Church with Pastor Katherine Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery.
