Miles Losson Ruddle

Miles Losson Ruddle, age 29 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Tuesday afternoon, May 10, 2022 at his residence after an extended illness. Born on August 27, 1992 in Harrisonburg, VA he was the son of William Allen Ruddle and Cathy Lynn Lyons Ruddle of Moorefield, WV. Miles was a 2011 graduate of Moorefield High School.

Miles enjoyed working on and fixing cars, only then to sell them. He enjoyed hunting all kinds of game and watched a lot of sports on TV. He loved to read, mostly about history and most would describe him as a quiet person, unless he was watching Alabama football. Unlike most men, he found solitude and enjoyment in mowing the grass.

Surviving in addition to his parents is a sister, Katie Ruddle of Moorefield, WV; two brothers, Wyatt A. Ruddle and Dillon M. Ruddle of Moorefield, WV and his four-legged friend, “Little Pup”.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Jonathan Leininger officiant. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM Friday at the funeral home. Due to the current COVID-19 recommendations, wearing of masks and social distancing by individuals unvaccinated is recommended.
