Mark Sheridan Flinn, age 39 of Moorefield, WV, went to be with the Lord, Monday, November 14, 2011, near Front Royal, VA as a result of a truck accident. Born March 25, 1972 in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of ?Jimmy? Flinn (wife Janet) of Moorefield, WV and Kathy (Carr) Alt (husband Louie) of Fisher, WV. Mark was a driver for M&M Trucking of Fisher, WV for 15+ years, was devoted to and took pride in his children and their accomplishments, volunteered for Little League baseball, softball and youth football and helped coach WV Wild softball. He had a heart of gold for all children and they knew his door was always open and they always felt welcome. He was a faithful, devoted, Moorefield High School Football fan and was a member of the Rig Assembly of God Church. Surviving in addition to his parents is his high school sweetheart whom he married on June 22, 1991, Lara (Sherman) Flinn; a son, Dylan Flinn of Moorefield, WV; a daughter, Sumer Flinn at home; three brothers, ?Jamie? Flinn of Romney, WV, Jeff ?Shorty? Flinn of Moorefield, WV, Derek Flinn (wife Letasha) of Moorefield, WV; three sisters, ?Missy? Flinn of Maysville, WV, Jodi Flinn of Moorefield, WV and Julie Flinn of Moorefield, WV; and six nieces & two nephews he loved as his own. Mark was honored to have numerous friends in addition to his family. A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM Thursday, November 17, 2011 at the Rig Assembly of God Church with Pastors Brad Taylor & Wade Armentrout officiating.
