Marjorie Lee Wright

Marjorie Lee Evans Wright, age 79 of Jefferson Street, Moorefield, WV passed away Thursday morning, October 9, 2003 at her residence. Born September 25, 1924 at Rig, WV she was a daughter of the late James Franklin ?Ted? & Suella B. (Henry) Evans. Her husband Glenn H. Wright, Jr. preceded her in death in February 1962. A son, three infant daughters, a sister, a brother and three infant brothers also preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Moorefield High School Class of 1945 and was a retired employee of 29 years of Hester Industries of Moorefield. She was a member of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church of Moorefield. Surviving are a son, Joseph M. Wright of Moorefield; a daughter, Barbara W. Schoonover of Moorefield; a nephew, James Q. ?Ted? Evans of Wardensville, WV; a brother, James R. ?Pud? Evans of Moorefield; a sister, Barbara Sue Cornell of Laurel, MD and eight grandchildren, Alisha Wright, Heather Wright, Erin Wright, Jared Wright, Jordon Wright, Maggie Akers, Mollie Akers and Wil Schoonover. Funeral Services were held at Sunday, October 12, 2003 at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Moorefield with Father Frank Coe officiating. Interment followed at the Newhouse Cemetery at Rig, WV.
