Lola Betty Parsons, age 70 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Friday evening, April 6, 2007 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born May 15, 1936 in Moorefield, WV she was the daughter of Nannie (Whetzel) Helmick of Moorefield and the late Arnold L. Helmick. Surviving is her husband, Jesse ?June? Parsons; a son, Bobby Parsons of Moorefield; three brothers, Olen R. Helmick of Fredicksburg, VA and Bill Helmick & Mike Helmick of Moorefield; five sisters, Millie Shockey & Elaine Johnson of Moorefield, WV, Bonnie Mersing of Terra Alta, WV, Linda Austin of Elkins, WV & Loretta Helmick of Ft. Ashby, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Pastor Brad Taylor & Rev. Charles Snyder officiating.
