Larry Wayne Ketterman, Sr.

Larry Wayne “Boo” Ketterman, Sr. age 64 of Mountain Acres Drive, Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday morning, December 7, 2020 at the Dawn View Center in Fort Ashby, WV. Born on January 22, 1956 in Hardy County, WV, he was a son of Ollie Orlean Helmick Flinn of Moorefield, WV and the late Bobby Harold Ketterman. His wife, Beverly Ann Sions Ketterman preceded him in death in January 2020. A son, Larry W. Ketterman, Jr. and a brother, Robert “Joe” Ketterman also preceded him in death.

Larry enjoyed gardening and the outdoors, hunting for mushrooms when available. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his earlier years and was an accomplished whittler, making canes for friends and family.

Surviving are three grandchildren. Justin Ketterman, Bryant Ketterman and Brook Ketterman; two step-sons, Tim (Sarah) Sions of Moorefield, WV and Albert (Robin) Walters of Moorefield; WV a sister, Shelia K. Robinette of Moorefield, WV and a brother, Todd A. Bramsen of Moorefield, WV.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life Will be held at a later date.
