Kathleen George Kuykendall

Kathleen G. Kuykendall, age 84 of Mt. View Dr., Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday evening, December 26, 2005 at her residence. Born August 11, 1921 in Hampshire Co., WV, she was a daughter of the late William H. & Margaret J. (Taylor) George. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles B. Kuykendall in August 1997. Four sisters and three brothers also preceded her in death. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was a Charter Member of the Moorefield Brethren Church, a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Moorefield Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and was the owner/operator of Kuykendall?s Electronics in Moorefield. Surviving is a son, Larry D. Kuykendall and wife June of Moorefield, WV; a grand-daughter, Renee Kuykendall-Scholten and husband Steve of Broadway, VA and two precious great-grandchildren, Alexis & Jacob. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 22, 2005 at the Moorefield Church of the Brethren with Pastor Harold Garber, Pastor Otis ?Buzz? Weatherholt and Sister Renee Kuykendall-Scholten officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 ? 8 PM Wednesday at the Fraley Funeral Home.
