A brother, Larry Hinkley also preceded her in death.
Karen's love for crochet and word puzzles spoke of her gentle nature and keen mind. However, her true joy came from nurturing her family through her culinary talents, ensuring they were always well-fed and loved.
Left to honor Karen's memory are her significant other, Marvin Hardy, her sons, Christopher J. (Melissa) Callahan of Petersburg, WV, Curt Callahan, and Casey (Joanne) Callahan of New York, daughters, Natalie Hardy of Upper Tract, WV, and Lauren Mongold of Moorefield, WV, along with seven grandchildren and a beloved great-grandson and two great-granddaughters, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, along with a life long friend, Kathy Britton of California.
In accordance with her wishes, Karen will be cremated, with a private service to be held at a later date. Let us unite in celebrating her life and the legacy she leaves behind, remembering her kindness and the warmth she brought to all those around her.
Expressions of condolences, shared memories and cherished photographs may be left on Karen’s Tribute Wall at www.fraleyfuneralhome.com honoring her remarkable journey and the impact she made in the lives of those she touched.
