June Bernice Dodd

June Bernice Dodd, age 93 of Waynesboro, VA formerly of Moorefield, WV passed away Wednesday evening, December 21, 2016 at her residence. Born on September 25, 1923 in Finzel, MD, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Henry Wagner and Bertha Regina McKenzie Wagner. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth C. Sigler in October 1954, her second husband, Harold J. Dodd in May 1993, three brothers, two sisters and a great-grandson. June was a Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, was an accomplished and avid quilter, enjoyed her yard work especially flowers and her beloved roses. Surviving is a son, Neil & Naomi Sigler of Loveland, CO; three daughters, Carol & Donnie Kile of Baltimore, MD, Velva & Dave Barr of Waynesboro, VA, Mary Ann & Tom Whitmeyer of Washington, DC; two brothers, Kenny & Jeanette Wagner of Mill Spring, NC and Gene & Cynthia Wagner of Walhalla, SC; a sister, Alice Rogers of Seneca, SC; fifteen grandchildren and 11 1/3 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4:00 7:00 PM Monday, December 26, 2016 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street in Moorefield. Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Olivet Cemetery with Don Thomas and Dave Barr as celebrants. Interment will follow.
