Joan Elizabeth Hogbin

Joan Elizabeth Eye Hogbin, age 59 of Summit Point, WV, passed away Friday morning, January 4, 2013 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, WV. Born April 17, 1953 in Hardy Co., WV, she was the daughter of Mary Susan (Walters) Eye of Moorefield, WV and the late Roscoe Ervin Eye. A brother, Doug Eye and a brother in law, Steve Hardy, preceded her in death. Surviving is her husband of 38 years, Lowell Hogbin; two sons, Dusty & Kim Hogbin of Ranson, WV and Brian Hogbin & Denise Ceravalo of Summit Point, WV; three step-daughters, Becky Nepivoda of The Plains, VA, Cindy Barb & Shannon Rutter of Marshall, VA three brothers, Richard Eye and Donald Eye of Moorefield, WV and Robert Eye of Purgitsville, WV; two sisters Becky Plum of Purgitsville, WV and Ellen Hardy of Moorefield, WV; four granddaughters and six step-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with the Rev. Frank Myers officiating. Interment will follow at the Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney, WV. The family will receive friends from 2 ? 4 & 6 ? 8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
