Jesse Ray Phillips,

Jesse Ray Phillips, Sr., age 44 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 in Augusta, WV. Born April 13, 1967 he was the son of Thomas J. Phillips, Sr. of Moorefield, WV and the late Elizabeth C. (Swick) Phillips. An infant son and a brother preceded him in death. Surviving are two sons, Jesse R. Phillips, Jr. & Johnathon H. Phillips of Moorefield, WV; four brothers, Billy Pennington, Glen Phillips, John Phillips & Kevin Phillips all of Moorefield, WV; a sister, Lovine P. Wolfe of Petersburg, WV; a granddaughter, Zoey M. Phillips and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Phillips has been cremated and a Service of Remembrance will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Welton Park.
