Jerry Wayne Wilson, Jr.

Jerry Wayne Wilson, Jr., age 48 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Tuesday morning, November 24, 2020 at his residence. Born on October 22, 1972 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of Shirley Catherine Wratchford Ketterman of Petersburg, WV and Jerry Wayne Wilson, Sr. of Maysville, WV. A son, Michael William Wilson preceded him in death.

Jerry was a member of the Moorefield High School Class of 1991 and served in the US Army National Guard, as he was often referred to as “tank”. He had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone that asked, often called a friend to everyone. His daughter received the utmost care from him, along with his brother and the rest of the family.

Surviving in addition to his parents is a daughter, Sarah Grace Wilson at home; three brothers, Calvin Wilson of Moorefield, WV, Charles (Michelle) Wilson of Petersburg, WV and Lester Wilson of Maysville, WV and two nephews.
