James Stanley Weese

James Stanley Weese, age 70 of South Fork Road, Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday evening, June 5, 2006 at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. Born August 28, 1935 in Moorefield, WV, he was the son of the late Conway W. & Estie J. (Dolly) Weese. He was a veteran of the US Air Force of the Korean War. A brother, Clagget Weese and one sister, Janice Sutton; preceded him in death. Surviving is a loving companion, Velma Heavner; two daughters, Deann M. Weese of Appleton, WI & Wendy Lea Venturini and husband Scott of Wake Forest, NC; three sisters, Phyllis Halterman of Mathias, WV, Elda Reel and husband Curtis of Woodbridge, VA and Maxine McKinney and husband Ronald of Eldersburg, MD; and three grandchildren, Cory, Nathan and Elyssia. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, June 10, 2006 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Pastors Jimmy & Johnny Stump officiating. Interment will follow with Military Graveside Rites accorded by the US Air Force and the Moorefield Veteran?s Honor Guard at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 ? 8 PM Friday at the Fraley Funeral Home.
