James Willard Webster

James Willard ?Joe? Webster, age 67 of Spring Ave., Moorefield, WV, passed away Friday afternoon, September 21, 2012 at the Baltimore V. A. Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born November 6, 1944 in Wardensville, WV, he was the son of the late Jesse Willard Webster & Lola Catherine (Shockey) Webster. He was a US Army veteran of the 25th Infantry of the Vietnam War, a member of the Denny-Moyers-Pratt Post #9606 V.F.W., a member of the John M. Golliday Post #64 American Legion and the Military Order of the Purple Heart Chapter # 579. Surviving is his wife of 44 years, Betty L. (McBride) Webster; a daughter, Susie Webster-Rose (husband Rodney) of Maysville, WV; a brother, Kenny Webster (wife Nancy) of Moorefield, WV; two sisters, Velma Doman (husband Bill) of Baker, WV & Betty Ganoe of Winchester, VA and three grandchildren, Justin Lockley, Derek Lockley & Miranda Harvey-Rose. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor J. Robert Hughes officiating. Interment will follow with Military Graveside Rites at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 ? 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
