Jack Carson Burner

Jack Carson Burner, age 59 of Pineview Drive, Fisher, WV, passed away Friday evening, April 23, 2021 at his residence with his family at his side. Born on April 18, 1962 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Robert Lee Burner and Gloria Louise Perry Burner. A sister, Helen Jess also preceded him in death.

Surviving is his wife of 15 years, Phyllis Mae Wratchford; a daughter, Heather Burner of Jessup, MD; a sister, Arline Coon of Romney, WV and two brothers, Robert L. Burner, Jr. of Shepherdstown, WV and Wilbur Burner of Jessup, MD; a brother-in-law, Matthew Wratchford of Moorefield, WV and numerous nephews and nieces.

Jack was a very social person, often driving to town for an unknown reason or to get something but mostly enjoyed going to Walmart to socialize and just watch people.

He has been cremated and a family service will be held at a later date.
