Ida Belle Vetter

Ida Belle Vetter, age 89 of Forest Glenn Drive, Moorefield, WV, formerly of Frederick, MD, passed away Monday morning, October 12, 2015 at Western Maryland Health System in Cumberland, MD. Born August 20, 1926 in Uniontown, MD,she was the daughter of the late Roverdy H. Beard and Mary Viola Bowersox Beard. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Raymond Flair, a Silver Star recipient that died in combat in Korea in February 1951 and her 2nd husband, Elmer E. Vetter in June 2013. Her daughter, Darlene Louise Wisner also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Utica Lutheran Church in Utica, MD. Surviving are four grandchildren, Wendy Roan of McLean, VA, Robert Wisner of Birmingham, AL, John Wisner of Hagerstown, MD and Steven Wisner of Frederick, MD and four great-grandchildren, Rachel Grigsby, Nicholas Wisner, Cody Wisner and Samantha Wisner. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., Moorefield, WV with the Rev. John Vetter officiating. The family will receive friends for 1 hour prior to services. Inurnment will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 6, 2015, with the Rev.
