Hazel Virginia Thorne

Hazel Virginia Thorne, age 75 of Moorefield, WV passed away Monday morning, June 2, 2008 at the E.A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Baker, WV. Born May 25, 1933 in Hardy Co., WV she was the daughter of the late David & Bessie (Sites) Jenkins. A sister and two brothers preceded her in death. Surviving are two daughters, Penny Wright of Winchester, VA & Dawn Riggleman of Springfield, WV; a son, Steven Thorne of Moorefield, WV; five sisters, Eula Vetter, Helen Delawder, Dorothy Simmons, Nancy Myers & Betty Whetzel all of Moorefield, WV; a brother, Kenny Jenkins of Moorefield, WV; five grandchildren & four great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Pastor Jeff Dillon officiating. Interment will follow in the Jenkins Family Cemetery near Moorefield. The family will receive friends from 6 ? 9 PM Tuesday at the Fraley Funeral Home.
