Fay Elizabeth Butler

Fay Elizabeth Evans Butler, age 71 of Springfield, VA passed away Saturday, April 1, 2006. Born August 9, 1934 in Fisher, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lantz & Beulah (Woerner) Evans. She was a graduate of Moorefield High School and was employed as a title clerk at several auto dealerships in the Arlington, VA area until ill health forced her to retire. Surviving is her husband, L. Ray Butler of Springfield, VA; a son, Gregory Parker of Richmond, VA; a brother, Karl Evans of Moorefield, WV; and a sister, Leona Reynolds of Moorefield, WV. Mrs. Butler donated her body to the Human Gift Registry at West Virginia University in Morgantown. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 8, 2006 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Jane Halterman officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date.
