Erica Marie Kreyenbuhl, age 40, of Odenton, MD, died on Sunday, August 30, 2009 near Wardensville, WV. Born April 30, 1969 in Keyser, WV, Erica graduated from Laurel High School (1987) and University of Maryland, College Park (1991) where she was a member of the Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity. Erica was Director of Professional Services at Advanta Medical Solutions, LLC. She had 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and was greatly admired and respected by her colleagues and customers. She was an ordained Elder of Ark and Dove Presbyterian Church in Odenton, MD, where she volunteered extensively. Erica was the daughter of Mary Elizabeth Wright Newton and step-daughter of Carrold M. Newton, Jr. (The Villages, FL); and the daughter of Carl E. Kreyenbuhl and step-daughter of the late Johanna M. Kreyenbuhl (Petersburg, WV). She is also survived by her sister Constance Chaskes and husband Eric (Germantown, MD); her sister Ginger Shiring and her husband Douglas (East Amherst, NY); niece Sophia Chaskes, and nephews Matthew and Kyle Shiring; two godchildren Ivana Williams and Elena Reese; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous dear friends. Inurnment services will be held Friday, September 4th at 11:00 AM at the Stonestreet Chapel of Garrett County Memorial Gardens, 881 Memorial Drive, Oakland, MD with Pastor Tim Stern officiating (Ark & Dove Presbyterian Church). Pallbearers will be her cousins Keith D. Wright (Berkeley Springs, WV) and Denny Brown (Hancock, MD). A Celebration of Erica's Life will be held Saturday, September 5th at 11:00 AM at Ark and Dove Presbyterian Church, 8424 Piney Orchard Parkway, Odenton, MD. The Celebration will be followed by a luncheon provided by the Deacons of the church. Memorials may be directed to the Ark & Dove Presbyterian Church, 8424 Piney Orchard Parkway, Odenton, MD.
