Emma LeeAnn Mulligan

Emma LeeAnn Mulligan, infant daughter of Brian and Jenna LeeAnn (Garrett) Mulligan of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, WV. In addition to her parents, she is survived by paternal grandparents, Marsha Mulligan of Martinsburg and George and Becky Mulligan of Martinsburg; maternal grandparents, Theodore and Susan Garrett of Moorefield, WV; great-grandparents, Virginia A. Feigley of Moorefield and Richard and Kay Feigley of Grantsville, MD; and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St. in Moorefield with Pastor Ed Craft officiating The family will receive friends from 12:00PM to 2:00PM prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Hedgesville Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 135, Hedgesville, WV 25427; the Moorefield Volunteer Fire Company-46, 114 Kuykendall Lane, Moorefield, WV 26836, or a charity of donor?s choice.
