Edith Lola Woerner, age 84 of Spring Avenue, Moorefield, WV passed away Saturday morning, July 20, 2002 at the Hampshire Center in Romney, WV. Born May 18, 1918 in Hardy County,WV she was a daughter of the late Walter & Ida (Reel) Pratt. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Elmer Turner; her 2nd husband, Homer Woerner; she was also preceded in death by 1 Daughter, 1 Grand-daughter, 4 Brothers, 4 Sisters, 2 Half-brothers, 1 Half-sister, 4 Step-sons & 1 Step-daughter. She is survivedby two Daughters, Phyllis Crites of Fisher, WV & Mary Alice Hyre of Old Fields, WV; one Brother, Delmer Pratt of Moorefield; two Sisters, Elsie Bosley of Old Fields, WV & Lila ?Bunny? Hines of Baker, WV; six Half-sisters; four Half-brothers; 5 grandchildren & 11 Great-grandchildren. Funeral Services were conducted Tuesday, July 23, 2002 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with the Rev. Brad Taylor officiating. Interment followed in the Olivet Cemetery.
