Dollye Belle Sions

Dollye Belle Miller Sions, age 97 of Clements St., Moorefield, WV; passed away Tuesday evening, December 29, 2004 at her residence. Born February 9, 1907 in Flats, WV, she was a daughter of the late Daniel M. & Sarah (Coffman) Miller. Her husband, Arthur ?Ike? Sions preceded her in death on December 9, 1982. A brother, Austin Miller and sisters, Delphia Miller and Pearl Wilkins also preceded her in death. Dollye was a member of the Moorefield Church of the Brethren where she served as a deaconess, was a choir member and a member of the women?s fellowship. She was also a graduate of the Columbia Business College of Hagerstown, MD. Surviving are several nieces and nephews; and friends, Patricia & Denny Delawder, Darlene Whetzel and Betty Brinniger. Funeral Services were conducted Saturday, January 1, 2005 at the Fraley Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Garber officiating. Interment followed at the Olivet Cemetery in Moorefield.
