Dollie Rose Riggleman

Dollie Rose Riggleman, age 72 of Old Fields, WV, passed away Thursday morning, October 14, 2021 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born on July 14, 1949 in Cumberland, MD, she was a daughter of the late Charles Tilden Shawen and Ila Ellen Swisher Shrout. Two brothers and a sister also preceded her in death.

Dollie retired from American Woodmark; enjoyed planting flowers, loved arts and crafts, was giving of herself to care for others and always had time to take care of her grandchildren.

Surviving are three daughters, Tammy Owens of Baltimore, MD, Carmen Seeders of Man, WV and Mandy Seeders of Moorefield, WV; a son, Shawn Seeders of Moorefield, WV; a sister, Charlene Bradfield of Springfield, WV; a brother, Ronald Shawen of Ft. Ashby, WV; thirteen grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, October 18, 2021, at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Robert Scott Riggleman officiating. Interment will follow with committal at 1:00 PM at Forest Glen Church Cemetery, Green Spring, WV. The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
