Delmer Leroy Kesner

Delmer Leroy Kesner, age 75 of Moorefield, WV, passed away Saturday morning, January 29, 2011 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, VA. Born August 4, 1935 in Grant Co., WV he was the son of the late Samuel E. & Goldie A. (Whetzel) Kesner. Two brothers, Roger Pancake & Richard Kesner and a great-grandson, Ethan Allen Dean preceded him in death. Surviving is his wife of 54 years, Bonnie V. (Wilson) Kesner; a son, Rodney Kesner (David) of Daytona Beach, FL; two daughters, Debra Dean (Richard) of Hagerstown, MD and Bonnie Fitzwater (Darrell) of Edgewater, FL; four brothers, Elwood Kesner, Curtis Kesner & Therman Kesner of Rig, WV and Gerald Kesner of Maysville, WV; a sister, Evelyn Franz of Maysville, WV; eight grandchildren, Billy, Richie, Stephen, Julie, Langley, Alison, Kassandra & Orland and nine great-grandchildren, Haley, Brooklyn, Jacob, Makinzie, Hannah, Skylar, Madison, Kamryn & Kaitlyn. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with the Rev. Greg Bland officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 ? 4 & 6 ? 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
