Deborah Ruth Fultz

Deborah Ruth Fultz, age 58 of Ridge Top Drive, Moorefield, WV, passed away Friday morning, May 20, 2016 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born February 10, 1958 in Camden, NJ, she was a daughter of the late John Allen Tompkins and Margaret Ann (Smith) Tompkins. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. She was a member of the Moorefield Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, cooking for family Sunday dinners but especially fond of the time she cared for her granddaughter and playing board games. Surviving is her husband, Robert R. Fultz; two daughters, Megan & Shawn Fitzwater of Fisher, WV and Michelle Delawder & James Bruce of Moorefield, WV; a granddaughter, Madison Fitzwater and two brothers Jerry Tompkins and Kevin Tompkins of Moorefield, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Monday, May 23, 2016 at the Moorefield Church of the Brethren with Pastors Russell and Lucy Webster officiating. Interment will follow at the Fultz Cemetery, Kessel, WV. The family will receive friends from 5 8 PM Sunday at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St.
