David Dwain Alt

David Dwain Alt, age 46 of Trout Run Rd., Wardensville, WV formerly of Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday afternoon at the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. Born March 19, 1963 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of Betty B. (Runions) Alt of Moorefield, WV and the late Ralph Dwight Alt. A graduate of Moorefield High School Class of 1981, he was a past self employed co-owner of Alt?s Welding & Machine Shop in Moorefield and currently was a member of Ironworkers Local #5 working at the Pentagon. Surviving is his fiance, Cindy Rudolph of Wardensville, WV; a son, Dakota Alt of Baker, WV; a sister, Kitty Alt of White Plains, MD and two brothers, Scotty Alt (wife Paula) of Fisher, WV & Ronald Alt of Winchester, VA; a special nephew, Travis Alt and a special great-niece, Skylar Alt. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, August 22, 2009, at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Brad Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 ? 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
