Damien Richard Phares

Damien Richard Phares infant son of Richard P & Jamie O. (Sions) Phares of Petersburg, WV passed away Saturday morning, May 10, 2008 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. He was born May 5 also at Ruby Memorial. In addition to his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Eric Phares, Christian Phares, Dakota Kline & Montana Kline; four sisters, Ashley Armstrong, Miranda Kline, Jadelyn Phares & Morgan Phares; maternal grandparents, Randy & Brandi Sions of Moorefield, WV and Peggy Sions of Cabins, WV; maternal great-grandmother, Nellie Sions of Purgitsville, WV; paternal grandfather, Richard P. Phares, Sr. of Riverton, WV & paternal great-grandmother, Roxie Shirk of Petersburg, WV. He was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents Edgar Sions and John & Marie Harold and paternal grandmother, Betty J. (Champ) Phares and paternal great-grandfather, Ed Shirk. Services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at the Mountain View Community Church, Old Fields, WV, with Pastor Ken Burkhart officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM (Noon) until time of services.
