Charlotte Rebecca Mullins

Charlotte Rebecca Mullins, age 71 of Lee Street, Moorefield, WV, passed away Thursday evening, January 25, 2018 at Mon Health Medical Center, Morgantown, WV. She was born on June 8, 1946 in Petersburg, WV a daughter of the late Charles Alfred Ellifritz and Kathleen Rebecca Swick Ellifritz. She enjoyed watching soap operas and her furry four-legged companion, Sarge the dog. A daughter Kathy Hanlin and a sister preceded her in death. Surviving is a daughter, Denise & Greg Shanholtz of Petersburg, WV; a son, Matt & Rose Mullins of Moorefield, WV; three sisters, Carol Ellifritz of Petersburg, WV; Barbara Jean Sponaugle of Circleville, WV and Kay Lucas of Ormond Beach ,FL; a brother, Jerry Ellifritz of Bristol, VA; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, January 29, 2018 at Walnut Grove Gardens, Route 55 near Moorefield. The family will receive friends from 4 7 PM Sunday at the Fraley Funeral Home, 107 Washington Street.
