Chad Wendoline Runions, age 21 of Fisher, WV passed away Saturday morning, June 28, 2003 as a result of a motor vehicle accident near Petersburg, WV. Born July 17, 1981 in Petersburg, WV he was the son of Lester & Lisha (Smith) Runions of Fisher, WV. His grandfather Cecil Smith preceded him in death. Surviving in addition to his parents is one brother, Jeremy ?Jay? Smith of Fisher, WV; one sister Rachel Rebecca Runions of Fisher, WV; paternal grandfather, Howard Eugene Runions of Lahmansville, WV; paternal-grandmother, Loretta Helmick of Moorefield, WV and maternal-grandmother Martha Smith of Fisher, WV. Funeral Services were conducted Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at the Rig Assembly of God Church with Pastor Brad Taylor officiating. Interment followed at the Kessel Cemetery at Kessel, WV.
