Catherine Eve Weese

Catherine Eve Weese, age 86 of Maple Avenue, Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday evening, October 4, 2004 at Cortland Acres in Thomas, WV. Born December 24, 1917 in Hardy Co., WV, she was a daughter of the late Frank & Carrie A. (See) See. Her husband, Robert J. Weese preceded her in death in February 1996. A son, Karl Ratliff and a foster son, Albert Beauchamp also preceded her in death. Surviving is a son, Harold Ratliff of Moorefield, WV; three daughters, Shirley Carter of Winchester, VA, Mary Collett of Moorefield, WV and Alice Flynn of Moorefield, WV two sisters, Laura Manning of Moorefield, WV and Ruby Beauchamp of Essex, MD; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 7, 2004 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield. Interment will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM on Thursday.
