"Buddy" Whipp

Charles Burton ?Buddy? Whipp, age 44 of Holly Avenue, Moorefield, WV passed away Tuesday evening August 19, 2003 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born February 10, 1959 in Romney, WV he was a son of Ada V. (Paugh) Whipp of Keyser, WV and the late Charles M. Whipp. Buddy was a veteran of the US Army and a member of the Moorefield Presbyterian Church. Surviving is his wife, Tamra J. (Kalbaugh) Whipp, a son, Adam J. F. Whipp of Moorefield, WV and two half sisters, Phyllis Rinard of Cumberland, MD and Francis Christas of PA. Funeral Services were conducted Sunday, August 24, 2003 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Pastor Dan Stearns officiating. Interment followed with Military graveside rites accorded by the US Army and the Mineral County Veteran?s Honor Guard at the Whipp-Charlton cemetery near Burlington, WV.
