Brian Douglas Malcolm

Brian Douglas Malcolm, age 45 of Bass Lane, Moorefield, WV, passed away Friday evening, March 13, 2015 at the residence of his parents. Born February 9, 1970 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of Douglas MacArthur Malcolm and Carolyn Audrey (Wolfe) Malcolm of Moorefield, WV. An outdoors enthusiast, as well as a sports fanatic, he loved hunting, fishing and riding his 4-wheeler. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends and the sportsmanship of a slow pitch softball game. Surviving are two sons, Sebastian Allen Douglas Malcolm of Moorefield, WV and River William Malcolm of Petersburg, WV; a daughter, Breanna Madison Malcolm of Moorefield, WV; a sister, Candi Malcolm of Moorefield, WV and a precious granddaughter, Aeries Reagan Deetz. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Michael Snyder officiating. Interment will follow at the Charlie Wolfe Cemetery, Bass, WV. The family will receive friends from 6- 8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
