Brayden Scott Phillips, infant son of Amy (Barr) Welton of Moorefield, WV passed away Friday morning, August 7, 2009 at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA. Surviving in addition to his mother are maternal grandparents, Pearl Breakiron of Uniontown, PA and Lawrence & Sandy Barr of Petersburg, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Katherine Jackson officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM (Noon) until time of services. Memorials may be directed to the charity of choice.
